The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has released photos of a person of interest in connection with the fatal shooting of conservative activist Charlie Kirk and is offering a reward of up to $100,000 for information leading to the identification and arrest of the suspect.

Kirk, 31, was shot and killed on September 10, 2025, while speaking at an outdoor event titled “Prove Me Wrong” at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah. The event drew a crowd of approximately 3,000 people. According to authorities, the shooter arrived on campus just minutes before the event began and fired a single fatal shot from a nearby rooftop before fleeing into a wooded area. The FBI has recovered a high-powered bolt-action rifle believed to be the weapon used in the shooting. Investigators have also collected footwear impressions, a palm print, and forearm imprints from the scene, which are being analyzed. The suspect is described as a college-aged individual wearing a dark hat, sunglasses, and a long-sleeve black shirt with an American flag design.
