British actor Idris Elba has praised Lagos, Nigeria, as “the most amazing city in the world,” citing its vibrant energy and rich talent pool. Elba shared his glowing review during an interview with ETalk TV on the red carpet at the TIFF Tribute Awards, reflecting on his experience filming “Dust to Dreams” in Lagos.
