An Israeli airstrike on Nasser Hospital, the largest medical facility in southern Gaza, has killed at least 15 people, including four journalists and a civil defence worker.

The strike, described as a “double-tap” attack, hit the hospital’s fourth floor early Monday morning. The first missile struck the building, followed moments later by a second as rescue crews and journalists rushed to the scene.
