Colombian presidential candidate, Miguel Uribe Turbay was shot twice in the head and once in the knee during a rally in Bogotá.

Just moments before the attack, Miguel Uribe was heard saying, “Colombia is not a perfect country, but it is a country where we are free… and unfortunately, they are taking us back to a past of violence.”The 15-year-old suspect was arrested at the scene.
