Authorities in the U.S. have arrested 42-year-old Vance Luther Boelter, the suspect in the fatal shooting of Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark.

The incident, described by officials as politically motivated, has shocked the local community. Governor Tim Walz said, “This is a heartbreaking day for Minnesota.
