Manchester United enjoyed a stellar October as head coach Ruben Amorim and forward Bryan Mbeumo claimed the Premier League’s Manager and Player of the Month awards. Ruben Amorim, who took charge of Manchester United in November 2024, guided the team to three consecutive league victories in October, his best run since joining the club. United defeated Sunderland 2–0, edged past Liverpool 2–1 at Anfield (their first win there in nearly a decade), and capped the month with a 4–2 triumph over Brighton at Old Trafford.
