Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday charged the ministers-designate to desist from wasting resources and from impunity. He advised them to key in into the change agenda of his administration.

Speaking at the retreat for the incoming ministers, held at the Banquet Hall of the State House in Abuja, Buhari noted that they should consider themselves privileged to be called to service in the midst of millions of Nigerians. While charging them to work as a team so as to deliver, President Buhari urged the ministers-designate to utilise the office of his Chief of Staff as official communication channel in line with the presidential system of government.
