Spanish football legend Sergio Busquets has announced his decision to retire from professional football. The 35-year-old midfielder, known for his exceptional vision and control on the pitch, has had a storied career with Barcelona and the Spanish national team.

Busquets spent 15 illustrious years with Barcelona, winning numerous titles including: 8 La Liga championships, 7 Copa del Rey trophies and 1 UEFA Champions League title He also earned 143 caps for the Spanish national team, helping them win the 2010 FIFA World Cup and the 2009 UEFA European Championship.
