A tragic incident unfolded outside the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, where 11 people lost their lives and dozens were injured in a crowd surge following a major cricket event.

Authorities reported that the stampede occurred as thousands of fans gathered near the stadium entrance. Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah expressed condolences, saying, “We are deeply saddened by this unfortunate event. Our thoughts are with the families affected.” Eyewitness Mithun Singh, who was present at the scene, described the chaos: “There was a sudden rush, and people were struggling to move.
