Tottenham Hotspur has decided to move on from head coach Ange Postecoglou, just days after guiding the club to its first European trophy in nearly two decades. Despite securing the Europa League title with a hard-fought win against Manchester United, the club’s disappointing Premier League campaign ultimately led to a change in leadership.

Chairman Daniel Levy expressed gratitude for Ange Postecoglou’s efforts, stating, “Ange brought an exciting style of play, and we appreciate his contributions to the club. However, after reviewing the season as a whole, we feel a change is necessary to move forward.” While Spurs struggled domestically, players and fans supported  Ange Postecoglou, recognising his influence on the squad. Captain Son Heung-min paid tribute, saying, “Ange believed in us, and we’ll always be grateful for what he brought to the team.” Defender Pedro Porro also shared his thoughts, noting, “It was an honour to play under him. He gave us confidence, and he’ll be remembered here.” Also Read: Super Eagles Prepared for Friendly Match Against Russia
