Thousands of Bulgarians poured into the streets of Sofia and other major cities on Wednesday evening, demanding the resignation of the country’s minority government amid growing frustration over economic stagnation and alleged failures in governance.

Demonstrators, waving national flags and chanting “Resign now!”, accused leaders of ignoring citizens’ concerns about rising living costs, corruption, and political instability. The protests, which began peacefully, quickly swelled into one of the largest public gatherings Bulgaria has seen in recent years.
