Russia launched its largest drone attack on Ukraine’s second-largest city, Kharkiv, killing four people and injuring nearly 60.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned the attack, stating, “Russia is constantly trying to buy time for itself to continue killing.
